Co-parenting app

A co-parenting app that keeps both homes on the same page

One shared place for the schedule, the calendar, money, records and messages, so the children move between two homes without the arguments.

Know whose day it is

Set up the parenting schedule once: 2-2-3, 2-2-5-5, 3-4-4-3, week on week off, every other weekend or a custom pattern. Both parents see the same calendar, handover times and locations.

Need to swap a weekend or plan a holiday? Send a change request. It is a written yes or no, and approved changes update the calendar for both of you.

Split costs without the back-and-forth

Log child-related expenses with a photo of the receipt, split them by your agreed percentage, and let the other parent approve or dispute. Settle up with one payment when you are ready.

Keep conversations civil and on the record

Messages are permanent and timestamped. An optional tone check suggests calmer wording before a tense message goes out, and a neutral AI mediator can help when you are stuck on a decision.

Ready when you need a record

Handover check-ins, approvals, payments and agreements are all dated. Print a report for any period for your lawyer, mediator or court.

Common questions

Does my co-parent need to join?

Not to get started. You can set up the children and the schedule first and invite your co-parent when you are ready. Schedules and requests that affect both of you wait for their approval.

Can grandparents, step-parents or a lawyer have access?

Yes. Caregivers can see the calendar and add events, and professionals such as lawyers get read-only access to records and reports.

Does it work on my phone?

Yes. MiddleWise works in any browser and can be added to your home screen on iPhone and Android, with notifications for requests, expenses, messages and handover reminders.

Start with the schedule. Invite your co-parent when you're ready.

Setting up takes a few minutes. Nothing is sent to anyone until you choose to invite them.
